Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email info@krdoandco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has already been processed, it may not be possible to change the order. If that is the case, please visit our Refund Policy page for instructions on how to return or exchange your item.

 

How do I return a product?

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and if you are not completely satisfied with your items, we are happy to provide a full refund. Your return must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • Return must be postmarked within 5 days of the purchase date**
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition
  • Returned items must also have original tags and labels attached

To initiate your return, please email info@krdoandco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or you may simply use the prepaid shipping label included in your original package. All return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by KRDO & CO.

**Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

How will I know when an item is back in stock?

If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will update the website product listing with availability as soon as the item is back in stock. If you have questions about a specific item or clothing size, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide you with an estimated availability date, if possible.

 

Does your website use cookies?

Yes, as most modern websites do, KRDO & CO uses cookies to store personal preferences in order to create a more customized shopping experience. The use of cookies also allows our website to remember your login information and other personal selections so that you don’t have to enter the same information with each visit.

 

Is your website secure?

We value the privacy and security of every customer, and as such, our payment process is secured to protect the data stored after every financial transaction.  

Your personal information is only used to improve our services to you, including offering curated products, improved payment processing, and shipping fulfillment. We will never distribute your personal information to third parties without your express permission. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Please contact us immediately if your item has arrived in damaged condition, and we will help you arrange a return or exchange.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days, while orders shipped to Canada will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Note: If for any reason your order is delayed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will track the status of your order and will provide you with a revised delivery date.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to locations in the United States and Canada, but we are planning to add more international shipping destinations in early 2023. Stay tuned for updates!
